I have never had an experience with DITR that wasn’t great! I had 2 big dogs, one of which did not tolerate car rides. DITR was a dream for that situation. They took both (big) dogs to the van for each appointment (1 waited while the other was getting bathed/groomed). This was very comforting to my dogs. Then, when I lost both dogs in a short period of time, I received heartfelt condolences & the sweetest card from all of the staff. When we decided to get another dog, we knew we would be using DITR for all of our bathing/grooming appointments. Now, we have Theo, he’s a bit smaller and tolerates car rides very well, but - we utilize DITR anyway!! They offer an awesome service and I know that I can trust them with my pet(s). I am both pleased and grateful. 🫶🐕

Diamond in the Ruff gave a stray we found the best bath and groom ever! They got every tick and flea off of the poor girl and made her look like a puppy again! The owner and groomer were fantastic and will definitely be coming back again!
