I'm so happy that we found Nancy. My dog does not enjoy being groomed, and the experience quite often causes anxiety for him .Her experience makes it much easier to drop him off; she is very professional and provides great, friendly service. My snowy looked awesome. Creature Comforts was very attentive and even followed up after service. Snowy had a great time playing with the other dogs. We will definitely be back! I would recommend Creature Comforts.

My 1 and a half year old dog gets very nervous at the groomers and he can be a bit of a biter. We've had a couple of bad experiences where the groomer would return him to us half done because they couldn't manage him. The groomers at creature comforts were so incredible with him and were able to get his haircut done without a problem. I take him here all the time and the prices are definitely better compared to other groomers, highly recommend!

I took my golden doodle for a groom to Creature Comforts after one of my neighbors had raved about them. Their new location is in quite a sketchy area, which one can overlook but the service was really bad. Our dog who is super friendly, had razor burns and cuts on his behind and by his shoulder blade. He was super anxious and traumatized when I picked him up. When I asked the groomer what happened, she at first denied that it was them and claimed that it was from before and then tried to deflect by saying he drools a lot. Anyone with pets would know that if the pet is anxious, they would drool. After some back and forth, she finally offered a free nail trim and groom, which I respectfully declined. Would not recommend this place for grooming whatsoever!

We have taken our 3 year old Aussiedoodle Stella to Creature Comfort since she was a year old. We have always had a great groom with Shauna. Creature Comfort was recommended to us by our neighbor in Mineola. Thank you for such great service and a great location.
