I stopped by hoping to visit with some of the adoptable cats, but was told I needed to fill out "some paperwork" first. Turns out that "paperwork" is actually a full two-page adoption application requiring a lot of personal information — which seems unnecessary if someone simply wants to interact with the cats before deciding. It’s hard to imagine they get many adoptions this way, which is really unfortunate for the animals. The customer service didn’t help either. Staff seemed annoyed when I asked for assistance, and the cashier was noticeably rude. Overall, not a welcoming experience.

A HUGE shout out to MIKE whom I just got off the phone with 👏👏👏👏👏 I'm looking for pet steps and I called three different stores before this call and some were other companies. I called and spoke with Mike and not only did he let me know they had pet steps but he went out of his way like customer service used to be in order to get information on all the pet step prices and what sizes an even what they were made of 🤟👏🤟 I will go into this store and buy my Misty moon her pet steps. This kind of CUSTOMER SERVICE needs to come back more often like Mike hit it out of the park! Thank you Mike, people like me appreciate you!
