We chose to host my husband’s 50th birthday celebration at the Courtyard Marriott in Mississauga, and the experience exceeded our expectations in every way. The banquet facility was perfectly suited to accommodate our guest count, offering both comfort and elegance. From our very first interaction, Catering Sales Manager, Olivia Miranda welcomed us with genuine warmth and a reassuring confidence in what the team could deliver. Once booked, the planning process was seamless—from the thoughtfully arranged food tasting to the exceptional culinary execution by Master Chef Abby. Her dishes were beautifully prepared, rich in flavor, and she was incredibly gracious and accommodating in bringing our selected menu to life. Adrian expertly managed the lighting and bar operations, while our banquet captain, Pad, ensured everything ran smoothly with professionalism and care. Once the hall was fully set and our vendors added their finishing touches, the space was transformed into a truly stunning setting. The Marriott staff were attentive, friendly, well-organized, and consistently dedicated to excellent service throughout the event. Our heartfelt thanks go out to the entire Marriott team for helping us create such a memorable and meaningful celebration. We will always cherish the beautiful memories made at your hotel.

I recently hosted a work event at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. Olivia Miranda, the Catering Sales Manager, was wonderful to work with—friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the planning process. On the day of the event, Deepak and Guri were equally exceptional. They ensured the food was hot, served on time, and promptly refreshed, and they had all of our tech set up seamlessly. They were attentive to our guests’ needs and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Location is perfect. Venue is beautiful. I would host here again.

Worth the money for sure! One of the more expensive yet probably the best hotels I've been to in Toronto. Me and my family came here and although we couldn't stay for long, we loved it. Staff was very friendly and nice-- will even have conversations with you. Rooms are beautiful with comfy beds and nice furniture and the whole place has great design in general. Although the swimming pool isn't overally big, it was still nice to swim there. Even had a gym too. It feels like luxury for Toronto!

⭐ 1-Star Review Terrible Experience – Won’t Return I’m a Marriott Titanium Elite member and this Courtyard is consistently the worst in terms of service. Every stay, I have to fight to get my daily F&B credit applied. It’s embarrassing and exhausting. Front desk staff (8th Nov) were completely indifferent—no smile, no help, no interest in fixing anything. Bistro service was also disappointing. Even simple requests like no bacon were ignored, and there’s zero apology or courtesy. The next day they refused to take my order over the phone, something I’ve done many times before. This location has serious hospitality issues, and after giving them multiple chances, I’m done. Absolutely not returning.
