This person is not honest and unreliable. He promised to come and fix the problem, assuring me not to worry about high costs and even setting an appointment. However, at the very last minute—after I had been waiting—he called to apologize, saying he could not keep his promise and that I was not close to him. I had already sent him the address two days earlier, and he confirmed that he knew it and would arrive on time. For this reason, and possibly others, I do not consider his work or service to be of good quality, and I will never contact him again because he is dishonest..
