Was not able to actually fix the issue, but it sounds like it wasn't an electrical issue, maybe the fan. I wasn't home, my wife said both gentlemen were diligent in checking things out, and basically told us that fans that have the switches like I have often have problems. So I would say the service was good even if it didn't resolve our issue. I am hoping that buying a new fan and installing it again will satisfy the issue, although when we did just that same thing one year ago, we immediately had the same problem as before. So we will see. But overall, my wife said the service was good

I needed a new fan installed in my living room which included a new box and new wiring. Salvy and Logan were my installers and did an excellent job. I have a slanted ceiling and they worked with me to ensure I got the proper adapter and down rod for the installation, scheduling a comeback visit as the required items weren’t available locally. They completed the install on the follow up visit and I’m very satisfied with the outcome. I will definitely contact them for future electrical projects.
