Had my nails done by Javiera and absolutely love them, never had them looking this clean and taken care of. Her techniques are very precise and accurate, you can just tell she’s amazing at what she does, with every step of the process. Will definitely be coming back!!

I walked into this spa after noticing their signboard about facial offers during my Saturday morning stroll. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. When I first approached the receptionist (a blonde lady at the front desk), she rudely asked me to step aside while she finished her work. A few minutes later, when I tried again, she bluntly said she had to complete her work before speaking to me. When she finally decided to assist, I asked about the types of facials they offered. Her response: “everything is on the website.” I asked if they provided HydraFacial, and she said no, but that they offer Jet Peel, claiming it’s the same thing. When I asked what to expect in a Jet Peel, her dismissive response was simply: “basic stuff.” The entire interaction felt unprofessional, dismissive, and honestly discriminatory. She made zero effort to provide information or welcome a potential client. Whether it was her lack of interest or bias against me as a brown-skinned person, the treatment was unacceptable. Needless to say, I wouldn’t go back—even if they offered services for free.
