Plumber arrived when he said, got the job done quickly, good communicator, friendly, knew what he was doing, and explained it in clear simple terms, all for a very fair price. I recently decided to replace my old gas water system with a new electric one and rang Exeter Plumbing to request a quote. I spoke to Alex and explained that I only have one day off during the week and he was happy to make an appointment on my preferred day. Alex was punctual, personable and professional. He explained the differences and benefits of the options I was interested in, answered all my questions and was able to give me a quote then and there. He also arranged an electrician for me. I was very happy to go ahead with the quote. Kaleb arrived to install my new hot water system and I was very impressed not only with his professionalism, but also how polite he was and the way he kept me updated on the progress. When he arrived I explained to him that suddenly my toilet was not working. He said not to worry, that he would also look at that as well. I was very relieved. I can also say Kaleb was very careful of my garden, tidied up completely and took all the rubbish away. Months ago I had a plumbing emergency when my kitchen sink mixer failed and was leaking water into my cupboard Alex sent a plumber straight out. I highly recommend Alex and all the team.
