All staff were very polite and helpful. X-Ray tech was doing all the jobs! She was very professional and helpful. The nurse practitioner was very professional and helpful as well. Being the only urgent care I was skeptical- however the registration and scheduling online was quick and easy! Took less than 30 minutes! I highly recommend!

Visited for a severe cat scratch that resulted in a deep laceration. The APRN did not even examine the wound closely. I asked if I needed stitches or a bandage. She said no stitches and I could use a bandaid if I wanted. They only offered me a tetanus shot and some ointment. I followed up with my PCP the very next morning. My PCP examined the wound and said infection was forming. My PCP said fast pace should have called in an oral antibiotic and closed the wound with a butterfly bandage or glue. I’m now going to have an ugly, jagged scar. I give 2 stars because all of the staff was nice, but they seemed lazy and in a hurry to get me in and out without properly treating my wound.

Great experience all the way around. I had to go twice this weekend for severe allergic reactions. The staff from the desk to the techs to the nurse practitioner were great. My hip shot was the least painful hip shot I've ever had! The nurse practitioner spent time with me and I loved not feeling rushed.

I was told that an antibiotic was not good for what I was told was a virus. I had a head cold, coughing , sneezing head pressure. I had to wait until Wednesday to get from my regular doctor an antibiotic and cough syrup in prescription form. Fast Pace gave me a over the counter no script needed, and my insurance didn't pay.(Claritin D) the day after my appointment at Fast Pace i got worse and my snot now was light green, coughing was very bad. Never go there again. 👎
