What a beautiful space and great energy! We took Flow and Restore on Friday morning and it was gentle and beautiful! Pasch was very welcoming and guided us through a gentle practice. The music was too loud for our taste but the sound system is good and they have clean cubbies, props and facilities.
Amazing studio! The owner thought about all the details! So clean and pleasant ! I just wish the classes were more intense and fast paced I will be back to try other classes
