Best option around for us with Waterloo Nissan. My family has been with them for 35 years. Excellent Management, Sales, Financing and Service. Nissan has helped me out in some concerning times or jams sometimes even at no charge with free shuttle service. I see familiar employees there over the years and Nissan vehicles, known for quality are attractive and trustworthy. Super nice friendly people and a solid dealership who will take good care of my new 2025 Kicks SV. I had a really awesome 2019 Kicks and upgraded to the new style and vehicle they redesigned mainly to get AWD. I have had a Sentra also and my dad has had several Pathfinders and a decked out Murano. Never thought twice about how fine those vehicles would perform and last. Thanks so much again Lou, Enam, Jose and Tamara especially for the nice, professional, easy trade in and transition to my brand new sporty crossover. The beneficial sale came with extra perks too like free winter tires and extra paybacks including a loyalty discount also. I always feel warm, welcome and very happy to be at Waterloo Nissan and that really helps when you always really need your wheels and someone who cares. I love the two tone paint job and spoiler!

Purchased a 2020 Jeep Wrangler Sahara (non Nissan). Perhaps this is why I received such awful post purchase customer service, though this is pure speculation at this point. I had a concern about a light on the dash and some concerns with the steering at highway speeds after picking up the vehicle. Sent an email first to the automated followup system. Heard back and was told this had been sent to service. Didn't hear back. Followed up myself after a week via phone. Still waiting to hear back since Nov 29th after a text convo. I know this was an easy quick sale and I believe I was not difficult to deal with as far as easy sales go. I personally wouldn't go back. Took it to a Jeep dealership nearby instead.
