She was attentive, friendly, and incredibly organized, which made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. From the trial to the big day, she listened carefully to what I wanted and delivered beyond my expectations. She not only did my bridal hair and makeup but also took care of my entire bridal party. Her team was absolutely amazing to work with, professional, efficient, and so kind. They worked seamlessly with different complexions, skin types, and ages, making everyone look and feel beautiful. On the wedding day, she arrived early to set up, kept everything running smoothly, and made me feel so calm and confident. My hair and makeup held up perfectly all day and night, even through hours of dancing. I received so many compliments, and I truly felt my best thanks to her. I booked this vendor for my wedding in october because she had such great reviews . But After the trial I had to cancel services. At first the make up didn’t seem so bad because the mirror in her salon was far away and I wasn’t given a handheld to really look at it , but after seeing it up close it was very poorly done. The eyeliner was very messy and I specifically asked for light foundation but it was caked on. The hair also didn’t look terrible in the beginning but within 20 mins it fell apart and looked like a rats nest. Very messy. I contacted sima to ask about a refund , but she was unwilling to negotiate any compensation ; so I am out hundreds and no make up or hair organized for my wedding because it was that bad . Her salon was also dirty and she used her hands for most the make up application meaning her false nails were all over my face . It was gross and unprofessional

Sima was amazing from start to finish. We had messaged regarding what I wanted prior to the appointment. I have never done anything to my hair before so I was very nervous and almost didn't end up going.She reassured me and was very attentive the entire time. I ended up having a caramel Balayage done. I really wanted something subtle and to be honest I was shocked by how nice my hair turned out. Thank you for your kindness and hospitality too. Your passion shows in the work you do!
