I got work done by Doctor G(Gangji) and Paula. From the painless numbing job he did, to the tapping on my shoulder from Paula, to distract me. They kept me informed prior and throughout the entire procedure. They were very attentive and professional. They made sure that I was comfortable and not in pain. Dr. G put a video on for me and Paula continuously asked if I was okay, as well as Dr. G. They didn't miss a beat. I want to go back just to be in their presence. 😆 Dr. G is a ball of energy and so kind and funny.

As a first time patient, I found Gentle Family Dentistry Center very welcoming, and they were the first to see me where my old dentist would not when I had a painful dental issue. I was also very impressed with the use of AI, and other diagnostic techniques that I had not experienced previously. The practice is very up-to-date with the latest in dentistry, the office is very well equipped also. I found the expertise and quality of the care to be very good indeed. On my second visit for a cleaning there was a misunderstanding about the total costs involved for the visit, which was worked out equitably. This says a good deal, and I'll be returning.
