Dining Diaries DXB ArrianaI visited several stores in MOE looking for a Dior foundation, and unfortunately, my experience at two other shops was disappointing— the sales reps were not approachable. However, when I walked into Faces, everything changed! The staff was incredibly welcoming, all smiling, and immediately made me feel at ease. They led me to Dior and introduced me to Maymoena. From the moment she saw me, she greeted me with a warm smile and asked what product I was looking for. She even tried the foundation on my face to make sure it was a perfect match. I instantly decided to buy the product, and even though one item I was looking for was out of stock, Maymoena took my number to keep me updated. Maymoena is truly exceptional! She doesn’t judge based on nationality and treats everyone equally. Her friendliness, professionalism, and overall assistance made me a loyal customer. She’s a gem, and I already love her service! Highly recommend!
MCustomer service was friendly to a point But horrendous misinformation, and after looking into it / turns out gut feeling was right - they were just looking for a sale. Kandil relayed its “limited edition, and you can’t get it in duty free”. He was very nice and friendly, but I’ve looked online, no where does it say it’s limited ed, and you *can* get it in duty free. The cashier Taha was horrendous - was not interested at all in serving or completing his work. Ignored his bad attitude, as I needed to just get the tasks completed due to time limitations. Requested VAT - he got me to fill out the form. Every other shop did the request with ease and without an attitude. And completed it properly. If you can avoid shopping there - I would recommend you do. Other stores and customer service are far more honest and helpful. Really disappointing and annoying end to the trip.
