I got my lashes done by Erika at N15, and she’s absolutely amazing! The lashes always look perfect and last such a long time. The studio is super clean, comfortable, and relaxing, which makes the whole experience even better. Highly recommend Erika if you want beautiful, long-lasting lashes!

What a lovely salon! Really pretty interior and the whole service was very comfortable. It was actually the first time I've ever fallen asleep while getting lashes done. They show you a book where you can pick out the length and style so you know exactly what you're getting. I booked with Misao and the results were super pretty, the lashes lasted for a few weeks! I would totally come back and try out other styles.

I can’t recommend Erika at N15 enough! I’ve always struggled with lash extensions in the past - either from irritation to the glue, lashes falling out too quickly, or just feeling uncomfortable from the ends poking into my eyes. But my experience with Erica was completely different. The lashes are so lightweight and natural that even after 7 weeks I still had some hanging on! The appointment itself was incredibly relaxing, and the whole experience felt so positive. I’ll definitely be going back, I highly recommend Erika to anyone looking for beautiful, long-lasting lashes.

Don’t fall for all these other paid reviews. My last two experiences were horrendous, and have warranted this review. After my last visit, one of my eyes got super irritated from the sloppy extensions that weren’t applied correctly. I have attached some photos of the type of extensions that came off with my lashes. The lashes weren’t even fanned out properly and I had multiple lashes stuck to one extension. Some attached literally sideways. I asked to get the lashes fixed since they weren’t applied properly , and was told I would have to pay for a full refill since it has been 2-3 weeks. One of my eyes had completely lost most of the lashes, since they weren’t applied correctly, and was irritating me. I was looking crazy with one eye still having 50% of lashes on (still horrible) with the other having 10%. I then asked how much it would cost to fix the one eye because I don’t agree with them charging a full refill for my issue, and told me it would be best if I find somewhere else and that they would give me a refund!! Worst part about it, is that they charged me $215.77 for a sloppy lazily done hybrid set then offered a refund of $194! I had to get in contact with my bank fraud department to deal with this. Also, N15 claims lashes should last 2-3 weeks, however this is NOT true. Can no one working there do a quick google search? Or compare their lash retention to other salons? Lash extensions should fall off in relation to your natural lash cycle. Meaning lashes should last 4-6 weeks. When I brought this to their attention, they said lashes should not last that long. Extremely weird situation overall. Also overpriced when they claim their lashes won’t last long anyways. Stay away.
