Graves Gilbert Clinic Walk-In Care- Nashville Road Family Care Center

I would give the walk-in clinic a 5 stars for this visit if potentially contagious patients were separated from those who are not, as people do not properly mask. I was in and out in about an hour. All the staff I spoke with during my visit were very nice, including desk staff, which is not the norm anymore. The ladies at the drive through vaccine clinic were also great, very informative and thorough. Dr.Williams was absolutely wonderful! Was friendly and actually listened to me. He was thorough in understanding my issue / history to ensure I was taken care of properly. Very apparent he cares about patients and the level of care they receive!

Clinic is very neat, organized and professional. The facility is clean, parking is fairly easy to find. Checkin and registration are smooth and seamless. Clerks are very proficient, courteous and knowledgeable. The providers are timely and experts in their chosen specialties. Clinical staff are friendly and perform their duties with no difficulty. Finally your appointment is on time. Thanks.

Awesome place to wait 1-2 hours before even getting seen. I get one or two times, things are chaotic and things happen, but has been an every time occurrence when I come in. The VA has sent them an authorization letter and it just magically gets lost. I was waiting in the office listening to the doctor talk about lunch and having a grand ol time while I’m waiting, took them another 10 minutes to even find out I wasn’t in the room and just left after already waiting for an hour and a half.
