anna hartI booked a job for a boiler leak repair and a service. They came and only repaired the leak and didn’t tell me that they hadn’t done the service until after I paid the invoice. They then agreed to return to do the service but didn’t turn up. Now they’re refusing to answer repeated calls/ messages, even though I’ve told them that the boiler is now not working at all and I’ve been left with no hot water or heating in 1 degrees. I’m so disappointed in this company and now will have to pay a second call out fee to someone else to rectify this.

Parish is very knowledgeable, explained everything and discussed possible options for Heatmiser upgrade. While the quote for the actual work is not cheap, I will still appoint them given their expertise and follow through. Can only recommend!

Someone had to take a morning off work to wait for this company who never arrived and did not respond to 2 emails and a phone message. No one is answering their phone. Very poor service from what seemed like a good start. I'm happy to rectify this review if anyone contacts me, as it stands now, go elsewhere.
