James did a great job fixing my sewer backup. He knows his job and was fast and efficient. He gave me good advice for maintaining the drain. The price was also very reasonable even though it was an after hours job. I will ask for him again.

Do not use these guys. Unprofessional and scam artists. I had two drains that weren’t working. The guy came and checked this bathroom sink, said it was the plug and there was nothing wrong. Spent 1 minute. Next he cleaned build up grease in the kitchen sink which took 20 minutes. Charged the minimum $145 for the hour plus travel time for $250. Bathroom sink didn’t work so I called back to complain it wasn’t fixed. They told me it would be a new service call which means another $250 again. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Find an honest plumber because these guys are not it. Plus they will try to game it so they come late because after 6pm they can charge you more.

HONEST COMPANY AND INCREDIBLE STAFF!!! We had a blocked sewer pipe that overflowed into our basement. Another company came in to fix it, and we paid them $1,500 for a FAILED attempt to clear the blockage, and to send down a camera to see what the issue was. We were told that the blockage was actually a collapsed pipe, and they swiftly provided us with an additional $10k (yes, that's TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS) repair quote to fix it. We decided to get a second opinion and called Wm. Groves - AND THANK GOODNESS WE DID!!! From the moment he arrived, Gary the Superintendent, was very professional, reasonable, and HONEST! He gave us possible scenarios of what the problem could be, but wanted to get his own equipment and staff in here to have a look before any further decisions were made. Travis arrived shortly thereafter, and was AMAZING to deal with. He was friendly, professional, and worked quickly to assess the issue. Almost immediately, he had the blockage cleared and SHOWED ME the PERFECT PIPES that ran clean, straight through to the city sewer!!!!! All for less than a 1/3 of the cost of the other company, and without the additional $10k quote required. These guys will be my go-to company for life and I will recommend them to EVERYONE I know! They are honest, respectful, and take pride in doing a great job for their customers. An amazing company with such rare integrity in the industry. We can't thank Gary and Travis enough!
