Worst paving job I’ve ever seen. They just paved our street and paved right over the concrete water course drains along the road. They also did a crappy job at paving. The road was ten times better before this company came along. DON’T use this company. There are others that do a better job and Don’t rush like this company did.

This company has had the worst record of properly maintaining safe traffic driving lanes, signage, lane transitions, and proper tie-ins. The I-265 project around I-64 to Old Heady has been the worst maintained section. I had severe damage to my utility trailer due to neglect on Hall Contracting's part. They refused to pay the measly $600 repair bill, turned it over to their insurance and they declined to pay too. Those who are responsible should be fired, but then they wouldn't have anyone.

Hall Paving doesn’t think they should have to pay for damages to vehicles when they don’t properly keep safe road conditions during construction. There are massive potholes currently in I265 east and west between KY146 and I64. The road is basically caving in at the moment northbound! I have been fighting with them since February to pay for a measly two tires and they are refusing to do so and making false claims stating they fixed the potholes yet, the pothole still exists lol. They wanted me to stop in the middle of an expressway at 4am and take a photo of a pothole in the pitch back! Stay away from this company. All they care about is those dollars! They claimed they fixed the potholes that day, they lasted for almost an entire week! Absolutely a greedy company who doesn’t care that their shotty work damages another person’s property.

They invaded a subdivision for which they were not working a project. They left the paver sitting in the main thoroughfare taking up 1 and a 1/3 of the lanes for 24+ hrs. Only way for residents to get around it was to jockey for their turn to get around it. Because they were not working a project in the subdivision and no notice to the residents we had no idea why it was there or for how long. I called the company and complained about the paver and all they did was move it up the hill but still taking up I and a 1/3 of the lanes - still waiting for an accident to happen. The receptionist I spoke with was very professional and concerned -- she said she would pass the information on to whomever could resolve it and I am sure she did - after that NOTHING. My conclusion is they just don't care. If some runs into their paver, wrecks their car or worst yet injures of get killed not big deal to them they don't want to be bothered to move their equipment to a safe place AND to the area in which they are working. Sad we have companies of this caliber
