Travis helped me understand the insurance claims process and why he recommended we not file a claim (insufficient storm damage). He replaced my chimney caps at a reasonable price and removed loose bricks that would have caused poor anchoring. While he was up there, he sealed up some leaks at no charge. When he was done, Travis showed me pictures of everything he did so I didn't have to climb up on the roof to inspect. If I had to complain about anything, it would be that it took a while for them to schedule to project. If my problem had been urgent, though, I'm sure they would have been more prompt.
