I was recommended this vet clinic from someone at my gym, and I honestly am grateful for it. I've been taking my puppy here since I got her, and the staff has been amazing. Especially in the last month when my puppy was dealing with some intense digestive issues. My dog loves the staff, when she first met Dr. Sues she literally crawled right into her lap.

I brought my two Shih Tzu dogs for their first visit at this clinic. Everything was done in an organized, timely manner, with great patience and kindness.

My cat was due for his vaccination and I booked an appointment with Armitage. My cat is perfectly healthy and he is usually a happy boy. During our visit everything was perfect but they told me I have to change his food to a lower calorie food same brand as he keeps gaining weight. I asked the doctor about his transition to the new food and she said you can start it right away and you don’t have to do it slowly. As I had pet before and I knew if you have to change your pet food you have to do it slowly but I trusted the doctor and followed what she said. After 10 days him eating his new food I noticed he is not eating anymore and he is constipated. I called the vet office and told them what happened that I started giving him his new food the next day and he is not eating as before and doesn’t have any appetite. They said that you had to do this transition slowly. And I was so mad because the doctor told me something else and they told me you have to do it over a week and if you want to bring your cat in there is a 100 charge just for the visit. Anyway I went there and I wanted to talk to the doctor but she didn’t show up and they completely denied that the doctor told me I don’t have to this transition slowly. And it was mentioned in the label how to change his food. But even if the doctor didn’t mention anything about how to change it I had to read the food label and basically it was my fault. Which is very interesting that the doctor told me you have to change it but not how to do, which make it worse Like isn’t that her job to explain to patients everything clearly. Anyway I couldn’t trust the doctor anymore and I rather take him somewhere else.
