After a nightmare with my dealership (who wanted $170 just to look at my clearly broken driveshaft), I towed my 2018 GMC Terrain to C&S and I’m so glad I did. Chris and his team were honest, fast, and genuinely cared. They confirmed the classic driveshaft failure from my photos, ordered the upgraded aftermarket shaft right away, and had me back on the road the next afternoon for a fair price ($1,152 all-in). The new shaft is beefier than the factory one ever was — the car feels tighter and more solid than it did when it was new. They even saved the old rusted-out shaft so I could see exactly how thin and dangerous the original GM part was. No upsells, no surprises, just straight talk and excellent work. Had a bearing go on my vehicle. These guys were able to get me in within 20 minutes of me calling. Assessed my vehicle texted with a diagnostic and provided options.
