She came and went to the property freely while I was able to manage the sell 500 miles away. And, we never had a problem doing so. The experience was so pleasant, so easy, and so technically correct that I wish I had used Sara’s services when I bought my first home in that area. Handled all the scheduling and completions of inspections, paperwork, etc. Intervened quickly to keep the deal’s terms and conditions on time, including putting Buyers in touch with alternative financial agents that ultimately made the deal close sooner than expected. Allowed the buyers and sellers to become friendly and help each other out. Sara was instrumental in keeping the harmony, keeping the peace, and keeping the deal seem easy. This is the first real estate deal I have been involved in where I felt like the realtor earned their commission and actually cared about everyone involved in the transactions.
