We had a bathtub that was slow draining. Knew it was probably a hair clog. So we called and they got someone to come out to investigate the next day. We had a lovely young man name Jermaine as our service tech. He was friendly, efficient and hilarious. Got it fixed in about 20 minutes. He did an amazing job. Next time we need a plumber, we will be calling here and specifically requesting him!

I called Hy-Pro plumbing to replace a leaking bathtub faucet and what appeared to be a slipping handle on a different bathroom shower faucet. The plumber (Conner McKnight) arrived in the specified timeframe and he examined both situations and gave me some options. After shutting off the house water supply, he then proceeded to take apart the bathtub faucet. While doing so, he explained each step that he was performing. While he was doing this, I (the homeowner) cleaned off the calcium covered removed hardware by submerging them in CLR. After installing the new cartridge and clip he then proceeded to taking on the shower issue in the other bathroom. After removing the cap handle he discovered that the cartridge in this shower also needed to be replaced. Unfortunately, he didn't have a second cartridge so he drove over to the local Home Hardware store and picked up a new replacement one. He was back shortly and proceeded to do the new installation. After the new cartridge and clip was installed, I turned the water supply back on. He verified that both installations were working properly with NO LEAKS. Once this was confirmed, he then re-intalled the rest of the hardware and restored both locations to full operation conditions. Conner also took the time to wipe down both locations to remove any potential dirt and plastic. While in my house he wore booties the whole time and was eager to explain carefully any questions that I presented to him. As a retired professional Engineer, I can highly recommend Hy-Pro in general and Conner McKnight in particular. If I run into similar issues down, I will not hesitate to call them again.
