Kira was nothing but helpful. I initially called in to weigh my options as my 14plus was having battery issues. She answered my questions and was very pleasant. I dropped my device off a few days later in the morning and it was ready by the afternoon. I would definitely come again and would recommend them to anyone who needs phone repair.
