David was recommended to us by a friend, after seeing two other trainers and having phone calls with many other. We were told our puppy had a "strong personality" and some of his bad behavior was just his personality. David proved that wrong and we had a great experience with him from Day 1. Our Sheepadoodle puppy is super playful and smart but is extremely energetic and defiant and there were many situations where we were a bit overwhelmed. It was also hard to have him listen to us outside of the controlled environment of the house. During our first session, David helped us with clear commands and consistency which were really useful and on the second one he basically made our puppy love his crate (which was a miracle)! David explained to us his different offering and we decided to do the full board and train program. Our dog came back with the same love and energy but is MUCH easier to handle and connect with as he now respects our commands and is obedient. Now it's on us as the dog owners to be on our dog’s level, which David has been helping with through private sessions. He always answers all of our questions and takes the time to detail his answers so that it sticks with us. David’s approach both with us and our dog has been fantastic. Oh and if you were wondering, our dog LOVES David.

David is exceptional. He helped our 9-year old beagle with newly developed leash aggression. We did his 8-week private training course and it was well worth every penny. Plus, we came to really enjoy just spending time with David. He's super mellow, down-to-earth, has super great energy, AND most important—our beagle LOVED him. I highly recommend him! Old dogs can learn new tricks. Ours did! <3

David and his team have been incredible with our dog, Indy. After completing the Board and Train Immersion Program, Indy has become a different dog. Prior to meeting David, I dreaded taking Indy outside for a walk because she would lunge and bark at other dogs. I am now able to walk her by other dogs and know what to do. It is obvious how much time they spent with her. She also loves to see them, and they are so patient and caring with her. I can’t thank David and his team for all that they have done for Indy. I highly recommend David and his company.
