JG Pest control ..have come back on 3 occasions without quibble .Used long pole and 3rd attempt used heat sensors and intrusive tiny cameras from inside and sprayed into tiny entry point in window skirting panel outside and sealed it. This last summer we had a wasp invasion around our pond. I first called a local guy who told me that there was nothing he could do because the wasps were attracted to the sap from a willow in the area, and we had to wait until they were gone somewhere else. I, being stupid, thought that his response was not professional and decided to call JG Pest Control. They charged me 198 rounds in advance, then they sent a guy who guaranteed that he would solve the problem. He spent five minutes on it, and then he left. Less than six hours after this, the wasps were back, even in bigger numbers – hundreds of them. I emailed JG again (because very cleverly they don't allow phone calls for complaints) to ask them to send someone again because supposedly there's a guarantee covering their unsuccessful services. I was told then that their policy is to wait seven to ten days for a second visit, which means that I had to live with hundreds of wasps in my garden during all that time. In the end I called back the local guy, apologised and followed his advice: be patient, and maybe hang some fake wasp nests in the area. He was right: after two weeks the wasps were gone. And he only charged me 45 pounds for the second visit and nothing for the first one. What I understood is that JG Pest Control knew that the problem couldn't be solved, but because they took the money in advance, they pretended they could fix it. And they didn't and took my 195 pounds I will NEVER EVER AGAIN use JG Pest Control.
