My dog, McGee, is frail and elderly. The veterinarians and technicians are compassionate and knowledgeable in navigating the best treatment for his quality of life. Recently they trimmed his very fine and long hair, taking great care not to stress him out while making him comfortable. I'm grateful to still have him around as my bestie!

The veterinarians and staff here are fabulous! They are so loving with the pets - even my elderly, semi-feral cat who doesn't appreciate (to put it mildly) having her blood drawn or being given shots. They accept conducting these procedures in the exam room with me present so that I can reassure my pets that I am with them throughout the tough stuff. I _really_ appreciate that! My most recent visit was with my dog, a rescue from the animal shelter who has now been with me for four years. They are so sensitive to the animals' concerns! Upon realizing that he was afraid of her stethoscope, Dr. Shafer-Ray immediately took it off and laid it on the floor, then squatted down in front of Anda to pet him, give him treats, and reassure him. Great people!

Me and my family have been bringing our dogs here for 15 years, I just brought my two dogs in for there annual appointment, spent 800$ on getting the both of them there mandatory shots and medications, among this stool sample kits. I was not notified of any time frame to return them by, there is nothing on the paperwork nor samples themselves which states that I needed to return them with in a certain time frame. My dogs appointment was at the end of June on the 18th, and I just brought their samples by today. A month and 10 days later. The front desk told me that they don’t accept samples if it is more than 30 days after the appointment. I let them know that I was not told this information and had already paid for the samples to be taken and processed at my appointment and showed proof of my paperwork and samples that I was not told a time frame. I want to clarify, the samples themselves are fresh I just collected them this morning, I’m not saying the samples are more than 30 days old but have just have returned past the 30 day mark which I was absolutely not made aware of. I asked for a refund and they declined. Very disappointed and upset with this experience especially as someone who has spent thousands of dollars at this vet for the past 15 years. I am updating this review because I decided to call the office and restate my fustration with the issue and let them know that I wanted it resolved and they are allowing me to bring in the samples without have to pay a second time. While this was upsetting that I had to call after coming in to resolve this appreciate the resolution so I don’t have to pay for something twice

I absolutely love this clinic. I’ve been going for almost 8 years (with a 6 month gap) and they’ve never failed me. Every time my cat has a new issue that pops up, they take it seriously and don’t disregard it. They’ve also found a way to interact with her that leaves her the least bit spicy and stressed. I cannot thank them enough.
