If you're like me, you've probably virtually toured 10s of 100s of homes before spending your Saturdays and Sundays attending open houses. Sites like Zillow, Redfin and Trulia empower each of us to locate and identify the home of our dreams. It's that next step in putting together an informed, competitive and winning offer that many of us get stuck. Given that purchasing a home is likely the BIGGEST investment most of us make, we don't want to legally "muck it up." This is where Unlocked is AWESOME. There are many words to describe the experience I've had with the team of professionals at Unlocked, but awesome rings true for every step. From the initial phone call w/ Jesse, to getting their smart and analytical analysis of the Disclosure packet to the appropriate factors to take into account when putting together an offer. In today's market, I didn't want to go through the emotional roller coaster of submitting an offer that wouldn't be accepted or submit one that was too high and lead to regrets. The Unlocked team was incredible, and they're a bit overqualified IMHO, and I am now in the process of closing on my dream home. Funnily enough, I only happened upon them when researching companies to work with (I'd previously purchased a home using Redfin). Boy am I glad that they respond so quickly to my web request. I was able to submit an offer just as my flight was taking off for a 10-days trip out of the country.
