Mark Chitwood supported us through two home purchases. He is a seasoned realtor who knows this area very well. While he is responsive and timely, he is also patient, calm and non-pressure. He showed us countless houses to help us narrow in on the neighborhoods we were interested - while several checked all our boxes, they weren't "just right" and Mark never pressured us to make an offer. When we found properties we were seriously interested in, he gave us space to decide, and later prepared and presented our offers without delay. Mark supported us throughout the negotiation, contracting and title process and protected our interests. Mark answers the phone when we call and promptly replies to our text and voicemail messages.
