He also has a wide network of fellow realtors; this was particularly helpful when we had a question about a house we were viewing - Mark would just call the listing agent and we would often get the answer on the spot. Lastly, Mark is a sincere, straightforward, and truly decent person. When scheduling showings or negotiating terms, he was respectful and considerate not just of us but of the other party and their agent as well.
