Hygiene is an issue all time. Broken toilet, no lock on the door. Urinal is disgusting. Has been this way for more than a year. Someone responded by asking the customer to call their customer service. If that's the level of intelligence and service, what can you expect. My response to this person, STOP copying and pasting response, call your customer service and help fix the damn problem in the company who pays you to do the job.
