Leonardo's Barber Studio in Ingersoll

Not happy with the experience we were given at this barber. We received services from the owner. I’ll start from the initial impressions of the shop, we sat down and were greet. After a few minutes the barber asked for my son who has autism to put his feet down as they were tucked up on the chair. I noticed and smiled and we continued to wait. My son not even noticing had tucked his feet up for comfort and to help his anxiousness while we waited I told him to put his feet down but I guess the barber did not hear me and asked him again. Once it was my son’s turn the barber did not ask his name nor do anything to make him comfortable. I showed him the cut he wanted said rhat we want the sides that way and agreed on the length to trim the top. Apparently there was miscommunication and he decided to chop all his hair off. Haircut miscommunication is one thing but the fact that this barber spoke a different language the ENTIRE haircut, speaking to his staff and then on the phone the entire time. He did not acknowledge my son in any way shape or form, didn’t have a conversation with him nothing. My son left the barber in tears. I DO NOT recommend this place for children, the Owner has no patience for them. Please also note that the comment from the owner was in no where near in reflection to what the comment was about.

Family orientated and clean very lovely. Love the environment, the barbers are very passionate at what they do. Been looking for different barber shop around and by far these guys are the ones that I keep returning. Keep it up!

My kids went here for the first time the other day. They were amazing with them. My kids were not cooperating much and they both screamed & cried pretty much the whole time due to being exhausted. The staff were great and tried to comfort them while getting their hair cut. I am very impressed with the haircuts as well. I wasn’t expecting them to be good due to them not sitting still but they turned out very well. Would highly recommend going here!
