As the heading suggests, Jason was extremely knowledgeable, incredibly efficient and refreshingly kind throughout the entire process which took less than 35 days. Yes, that's right; from the time we signed with our agent to the day we closed on our wonderful new home was less that 35 days! Jason's efficiency and hard work significantly contributed to this short process. For example, on our way home from signing, my wife and I visited a home which we decided to make an offer on the deadline of which was later that night. Of course, we needed to be pre-approved to do so. We had just met Jason in the office around 2:00 pm. We called the agency about 4:30 pm letting them know that we wanted to make the offer before the 12:00 pm deadline. Jason got to work with us, and we were preapproved and made the offer by the deadline. Jason was still working and sending us emails as late as 12:30 am - and did I mention that this was on a Friday night?! We got into a bidding war and missed that one, but because we were quickly pre-approved and acclimated to the process, we immediately found another house and made and offer. By Tuesday our offer was accepted, and we closed about a month later with no hiccups along the way.
