They are responsive to WhatsApp messages and any delays are generally well communicated via their messaging system - would recommend.

kimia pirouzkiaBE AWARE - TERRIBLE SERVICE - RUDE STAFF I recently had a cleaning job done by Lilly’s maid at my flat last Sunday. Unfortunately I was very disappointed with the level of quality of this cleaning. It was so bad that I had to go back and clean most of places again. The cleaners were constantly on the phone and it was very hard to communicate with them. I had to constantly tell them to clean stuff after they claimed it was done but I can still see dirt and spider webs. Their official response to my complaint: “there were too many things on the floor” I don’t know how that stops them from cleaning surfaces and corners. Now they are asking me to pay for services not performed or if else they will sue me in small claims court.

Given 22 hours notice for the second clean (1pm the day before ) which I unfortunately needed to cancel due to being un well. Informed no possibility of rescheduling and payment was due. Informed against company policy as not less than 48 hours notice, despite me not being given 48 hours notice of day and time! Paid for clean I will not receive. I think you need to review your customer services policy as this is clearly very unreasonable without so much as an offer to reschedule.
