First of all, lovely designs and original creations. What truly sets this store apart is the customer service. I received these earrings as a gift and love them. One day I was about to put them on and dropped one. I was heartbroken to see it shatter. I reached out to the store and spoke with them about a repair or replacement. The person who bought these went to the store with the broken earring expecting to leave it so they could assess whether it could repaired. Imagine our surprise when they handed us a brand new earring. I was so grateful to have been given a new earring to replace the broken one. Thank you to True Bijoux.
