First of all, lovely designs and original creations. What truly sets this store apart is the customer service. I received these earrings as a gift and love them. One day I was about to put them on and dropped one. I was heartbroken to see it shatter. I reached out to the store and spoke with them about a repair or replacement. The person who bought these went to the store with the broken earring expecting to leave it so they could assess whether it could repaired. Imagine our surprise when they handed us a brand new earring. I was so grateful to have been given a new earring to replace the broken one. Thank you to True Bijoux. That is amazing customer service and gives me confidence to know that if ever I need your help, you will be there. It's so rare to find a retailer who not only stands behind their product but works hard to make sure a customer is happy.

We also purchased our wedding bands here, my wife got a custom band designed to match mine as you'll see in the pictures :). We're both extremely happy with how it turned out and they went above and beyond to accommodate an engraving in my native language, which uses the Cyrillic alphabet!
