Lilith Berry*Edit: Despite the comment left, no resolution was offered to me, only an email saying they would "look into it" with no follow up I had a cut with Elly and it was the worst haircut experience I've ever had. The cut itself was exactly what I asked her not to do. When she finished she insisted that the cut was exactly like the picture I showed her before I could say anything, even though it looked nothing like the picture. I even asked a hairdresser at a separate salon if there was anything that could be done to fix it and she said nothing could be done besides growing it out at this point. I have tried to reach the owner about this but no one aside from Elly has responded, and the owner seems to be unreachable.
