Very pleasant experience, an older gentleman assisted us. Clean, the establishement isn't a "fancy showroom" like if you went to EQ3, which is absolutely fine. They had showed me several ergonomic chairs and demonstrated how they all worked, I sat and tried several, no extra fuss. Really no flaws with my consumer experience. I was just in and out, got a Herman Miller Sayl in perfect condition, less than if I ordered one straight from Herman Miller and without the 4-5 week wait for shipping.
