Rude employees and unprofessional service, they will treat you like a peasant if you dont have top tier health insurance. Very expensive compared to the many good places and not worth it at all. The first 20 mins of your booked time is just for talking and having chat also told me by phone that they will accept my health insurance and they told me they don't accept health insurance without doctors note! how do you expect every people in nfld nowadays will have private family home doctors to write them down a note?

The receptionists are rude, the therapist had no regard for others time.One day I was literally 2mins late, 2mins on the clock, and she rudely said that I was lucky that she is still there as they have a rule where they can leave if a customer doesn’t arrive right on time.However on my next appointment a few days later, she cancelled a 2 hour appointment 1 hour ahead of the appointment. I let go of that cancellation but next week when i called in to confirm my appointment, the receptionist again cancelled my appointment with no prior notice saying that the therapist needs the day off. Taking a service at this location feels more like they are paying you and not the other way round. Their time is very valuable while the time of the people who are paying them is unimportant.

Kerri D. Is amazing. Listens to my concerns and addresses them appropriately. Asks me how I feel Tells me what to take care of and what to do to after. Doesn't talk if I need quiet. So personable and easy going. I highly recommend Kerri D.

Therapist was 5 mins late. It seemed like I was a hassle for the therapist and she didn’t want to treat that day - only 3 questions and no assessment. Area of concern was treated by not focused on. No remedial exercise or follow up given. Not worth the price of registered massage therapy.
