⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing and untrustworthy experience. Went for a safety inspection and was convinced to spend about $800, including replacing all 4 tyres, even though my old ones were still in fair condition. Within a month, one new tyre cracked badly, and the garage refused to take any responsibility or even check properly. Later charged me again just to refit one of my old tyres. It seems their way of doing business is to get the maximum expense from first-time customers rather than building trust or long-term clients. If there were a rating below one star, I’d definitely choose that. Please be careful before agreeing to any repairs here

I had a great experience at 401 Auto Service. Mr. John, the mechanic, did an excellent job repairing my BMW. He was professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. The price was fair and reasonable for the quality of work. My car runs perfectly now. Highly recommend their service!👍👍

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to 401 auto in Ajax. Am also not here to tell anyone that they shouldn’t go there people can make their own decisions, as I did mine and regretted it, I use their service just over 2 weeks ago to change the 2 front shocks in my car they change it an broke the sensor that controls the ABS and traction John who I assume is the head told me they broke it and they’re going to fix it, he work on it for sometime then told me he it’s fix as I was driving off the light came on I told him he told me he would let me know when I should bring it back because it was late which was fine with me but over 2 weeks now I called him several times all he’s doing is play games and saying I’ll call, John if your seeing this I want you know dishonest don’t keep customers I paid you almost a $1000 for your service which you didn’t do properly your a dishonest man. I could say more but this is all for now

Had a great experience having my car repaired here at 401 Auto Service. My car needed a few maintenance repairs for the winter months and i found this mechanic store nearby that was open late on weekends. The mechanic john took his time to explain in detail what my car actually needed repaired, walking me through the projected repairs succinctly. He changed my brakes and put in brand new winter tires for a very reasonable price, and I was in and out of the store in no time. Highly recommend for those in the area that need service done professionally, adequately, and for a reasonable price.
