I don’t know what some of these reviews giving this jewelry shop praise and 5 stars about??. All I can say is that it’s been almost a year and a half and every time I visit he promises new shipment is coming in a week, 10 days, another couple weeks, another 10 days. Other than the chaotic false store hours he runs. Honestly, at this point, I don’t know why he has a store with empty shelves and empty promises. Not only that but getting ripped off and claiming different price on something I bought, even though with showing him proof of receipt. Very dishonest, fraudulent and unprofessional. Also, I don’t know how much authentic in craftsmanship his jewelry is. I have bought five pieces of jewelry from the store. In the span of less than a year, four pieces broke. A necklace and a bracelet broke. And two rings with stones falling out. I bring them back to return them and I get ripped off. I’m discovering other gold shops out here with more honest professional people running them. Never coming back here!

I can’t speak to anything inside the store because we arrived at 10:35 AM and the store was closed. We called the phone number and I guess the owner answered and was still at home. He said they will open in 15 mins even though Google says they open every day at 10:30 AM. So we waited around till 11:10 AM, and tried again. It was still closed. We called again and he said he was first 3 minutes away, then 10 minutes away. It was very confusing. I think it’s important for a business to adhere appropriately to its business hours. People drive from different parts of the city and take time out of their day to try and support a local business only to be disappointed. I had a baby with me and it was just overall super inconvenient to say the least. If you’re thinking of visiting the store, I strongly recommend calling first to see if they’re actually open and in the store already. I wouldn’t simply trust the hours of operation listed online.

WORST jewelry place in Ottawa. The owner /salesperson is extremely rude. I wanted to exchange a gift I received, he kept on giving false promises that he will order the one I need. 4 months forward all I got is lies, AND on top of that the last time I visited he had the audacity to comment in front of another customer that I was waiting for him to finish up with her "oh if you are not buying its okay you can wait". I just left the store and I will NEVER want to deal with someone that lacks sales manner and respect! Save your money and go buy gold somewhere more professional. ( So now the owner replies, and apparently they can't read English well. Dear owner if you read properly you would have understood that you were giving false promises about a color I needed and you kept on saying you will order it 🤣🤣) which price I negotiated if it is a gift I received not bought?????
