This was my first try with Mike the Plumber, and I found them with a simple online search. I had three jobs for them: a garden hose valve had failed, a toilet valve had seized, and the biggest job was a dishwasher install that required re-routing of existing pipes. They assigned me Levi, for which I will be forever grateful. Levi is a phenomenal craftsman who can create neat, intelligent, forward-thinking plumbing solutions on the fly while being available and accommodating for the customer. The first two small jobs were done in about ninety minutes - work looked really well done. The dishwasher reroute we discussed at length - he made recommendations but listened carefully to my suggestions and concerns and together we came up with a solution I'm super happy with. It was a long job for him, and he took the time he needed to make sure everything came together perfectly. Price was good - I recommend you do the mental math and suggest a compromise. I have found my new plumber. :)

Had to replace a leaking water heater which was under warranty christmas eve day. Mike the Plummer and their sister company Face heating and Cooling were awesome. They changed out the unit within 10 hours of my initial phone call. The guys left my house at 7pm and they still had more service calls to do. This is a great bunch of guys that go out of their way to provide the best service. Highly recommend

I have hired staff from Mike The Plumber 5 times now. They are professional, punctual, their diagnostics and work are efficient and resolved my issues. I feel comfortable having their staff of plumbers (Tom, Wayne, James) working in my home. Their office administrator (Sharon) is friendly and quick to fit me in if I have an emergency.I have nothing negative to report. Every experience has been right on track.
