Very knowledgeable and kind. Traumatic wreck and they were as nice as can be when they came. And 2 days later when I got my things out, the "uncle" was terrific! He also made me feel very taken care of during the towing experience. He even came back the next day and cleaned up my yard and driveway.

Car was repoed. I paid everything and my lender released my vehicle and told me to call the in about 30 minutes. I tried calling. I had to call 4 times to get any to answer just to be told I couldn’t have my car. Why? Because. That’s it. Just because. I’m then told to make an appointment online and I can come Monday. I try to go schedule my appointment and I’m told that the VIN number can’t be located in my system. Then where’s my car? No one can tell me. The guys are EXTREMELY rude. Definitely will NEVER recommend them for a single thing.

I can’t say enough good things about Minor -2- Major Towing! From the moment I called, Marcus the dispatcher answered he was friendly, understanding, and quick to send help my way. The driver, Crash arrived faster than I expected, and he was extremely professional, and handled my vehicle with great care. Once back at the tow yard Alto the Operations Manager explained what I needed to do next. What could have been a stressful situation turned into a smooth and stress-free experience thanks to their excellent service. They’re reliable, courteous, and efficient!!! I wouldn’t call anyone else for towing needs!

Sadly as many people do I had fallen on hard times and my car got repossessed which made me have to work with this "company " this company did there job and repossessed late Thursday night. I did my job called my lender paid the fees needed to release my vehicle. That's where it went down hill! When I contacted Marcus Minor he refused to release my vehicle on a Friday. Refused to schedule an appointment to release said call back Monday. When I tried to ask a question the phone was silent. Mr. Marcus hung up on me with no professional response. So I attempted other resources and found out some things were not done appropriately such as towing over state lines. But I was told it was a civil matter. I reached out to the lender who wrote an email explaining due to some medical issues please release the paid in full vehicle mr. Marcus again refused I contacted the police they again said it was a civil matter, but so they would try to contact him and let him know that I had an oncology appointment on Monday that I needed to attend, and if there was any way to release it, would he consider it he again refused. What kind of person refuses to show a little courtesy and release a paid vehicle on a day they are open knowing that if she has to wait until Monday, she would have to miss that oncology appointment. I hope he is never in a predicament where he has to miss an oncology appointment simply because it was a Friday and "we don't release on Friday!" Stay far away from the man with no compassion and morals. Show kindness. For everyone else who assisted me did just that and couldn't believe this was occurring!
