I have recently starting seeing Dr. Hera Khayyam. She is an amazing chiropractor who takes a holistic approach to her practice. Dr. Khayyam has a very reassuring demeaner, a positive energy and is very knowledgeable. She presents as respectful, has a great sense of humour and I always feel better physically and emotionally after seeing her. After my old chiropractor retired (I had seen her for years), it took me years to find a new chiropractor that I trust and where the treatment approach truly benefits me. Thanks Hera! I also see Diana Lumsden (massage therapist). Again, very professional and excellent at her job. I feel very comfortable with her and trust her too.

I've been going to the Total Health and Wellness Clinic for about 6 months now, specifically to see Dr. Hera Khayyam for Chiro. The clinic itself is very welcoming, and the staff are always professional. I have never seen the waiting room overcrowded, which suites me just fine, and I have never had to wait past my scheduled appointment time. It is easy to get to with lots of free parking. As for Dr. Khayyam, she is amazing, always takes the time to listen, and she always explains what the treatment session will entail. I highly recommend her, and the Total Health and Wellness Clinic.
