I had such a great experience at this salon, the team here are very friendly and helpful. I felt very welcome as soon as I walked in the door. The stylist who did my consultation and hair cut was very professional, polite and incredibly talented. I loved the cut she gave me and she did a beautiful blow out! I would definitely recommend the salon and to book ahead to get an appointment.

So thankful I found Alysha and fifteen twelve salon! First off, it’s a really welcoming and beautiful atmosphere. Alysha has clearly put a lot of thought into the look and feel of the salon. As for my haircut, I am six months post partum and Alysha made me feel so comfortable. She matched my inspo photo exactly and the cut exceeded my expectations. Her attention to detail and professionalism were truly outstanding. Thank you for making me feel confident and more like myself again!! ☺️

Chris has done my hair three times and I have been obsessed with the results every single time. I get a full bleach out and colour and the results are AMAZING every time. I get so many compliments all the time about my hair. Chris is so creative and thinks of really cool colour ways but still listens to my ideas and I’ve never left a hair salon that happy every time. He really is a bleach magician. I used to bleach my hair myself but since going to Chris I have noticed it is so much healthier, thicker and longer! I could not be happier! Thank you Chris ✨

After living abroad for 16 years, I was excited—but admittedly nervous—about finding a new hair salon upon moving back to Canada. I came across Fifteen Twelve and was initially hopeful when their receptionist confirmed they carry the same brand of colour that’s used in salons here in the U.K., which is what I was looking for. However, the experience quickly became frustrating. Despite clearly explaining via email that I do not require a toner (something I've consistently done at salons overseas without issue), they refused to book me for highlights without an in-person consultation. Oddly enough, they didn’t offer that consultation either—just a hard no to moving forward. To make matters worse, the original date I requested for highlights was suddenly “no longer available,” without any alternative or effort to accommodate. I then requested to be connected to the salon manager, but never received a reply. No follow-up, no acknowledgment—just silence. Frankly, the customer service was appalling and extremely unprofessional. It’s disappointing to receive such poor communication and lack of courtesy from a salon that otherwise presents itself as high-end. First impressions matter, and unfortunately, this one made me feel like my business wasn't valued at all.
