Cheryl, Ashley and the team have always taken care of our puppy with love and tender care. We first used Holiday Pet Care during the holidays and our puppy seemed to really enjoy the whole experience. The staff are friendly and very attentive to our unique set of needs. They go out of their way to cater to our requests. We recently took her back for an overnight stay and again the same result. She really seemed to enjoy herself. Video shows her trying to get into the place as fast as she could. Never looked back.

Thank you team Holiday Pet Care for taking care of Myli and Harry. We tried dog boarding with two other pet boarding services but was disappointed very much. Having two beagles really makes pet parenting hard. We were looking for people with experience in handling these type of dogs and are happy with what Cheryl and her team provided. It was Saturday morning and some emergency came up that we had to find a place to safely board Myli and Harry the same day. Google gave somany results and we called all of them one by one. Some said they need to do a day long meet and greet before the boarding and they have to pass, to actually come for a stay. I would assume it's their inability to handle different types of dogs. If they knew to stay in a room doing nothing and only do their business, we can leave them at home. Nobody asked if the dogs are well behaved or house trained or anything. All that matters is if the people can handle certain type of dogs. Cheryl and her team was different. They were ready to accept the dogs, which shows their experience in taking care of dogs. All the communications regarding the terms and conditions, payments and the risks involved were very transparent. Harry is a bit shy unlike Myli.The staff took enough effort to make them both comfortable and they held them both in their hands when they were taken inside. That was a good start for him at the new place.Going inside a completely strange place was never easy for him. On top of what was discussed over the phone, the staff explained everything again upon arriving there and also explained other services they offer. They also shared pictures of the dogs during the stay. Their food was marked with a name tag which also shows how organized it is inside. Even after being with a group of dogs, they smelled nice and their coat was shining as well. Without any doubt we can say that they both enjoyed their stay and was 110% tired from all day running and playing. We will be using this service again. Thank you

Amazing service amazing care I love the fact that I kept on receiving photos and I got updates constantly as my little chow chow was being groomed. Amazing service I appreciate the fact that they squeezed Teddy in even though they were booked completely. Ladies thank you so much. I will never ever take Teddy anywhere else again you ladies are fantastic thank you so much for taking care of him especially during these uncertain times.

Amazing place! Dropped off my boxerdoodle for the weekend for my sister’s wedding and this was the first time bruno was ever away from us for this long! As any dog parent knows, leaving Bruno for the first time caused us all so much anxiety! Thankfully, the amazing holiday pet care staff kept us updated throughout Bruno’s stay with pictures and answered all our questions during the day! They are cagefree so they have someone with the pups at all times! This was honestly the best experience I have ever experienced anywhere! 10000% would go back!
