They just ghosted me for almost 2 weeks. My debts are past due and my credit score has taken a beating dealing with these people. Apparently my loan officer is no longer available and I don't get a sense that any of this matters to them. No communication either way is the root of this problem. As of this minute I can't get anybody on the phone to tell me the current status of the process. A ya or na would have done, instead I have been waiting on them and now I'm at the point where I couldn't qualify for anything else because of the hammering of an already scorched credit score. They just don't care when they don't care.

I have never seen a transaction go more smoothly or quickly. Brenda was very available and communicative. She anticipated what was needed at every turn and pushed things through in an astounding two weeks!
