I have come here a lot but will no longer be coming here I got my nails done and the first time I told the lady I didn’t like how she did the marble and she got an attitude with me and she’s the owner mind you I’m paying for my service so if you aren’t happy with the fact I didn’t like how you did it then this is the wrong job for you because it’s not for her to like my nails it’s for me anyways my real nail had fallen off they said sorry gave me my money back I went again and I was honestly not gonna tell the lady she did a sloppy job on my nails because I’m not gonna get complained to her because clearly they don’t care about their customers so I will no longer be going here my nails when I left were not square shape the French tip aren’t even all the same they’re all uneven and they’re so thick I’m really not happy with this especially since I spent 73$ for something I’m not even happy with kinda disappointed that they let their customers feel this way. Pictures below what I wanted vs what they done ⬇️

The good part is that the service was free, it was very clean, however i was not given what I wanted. I came in to have one nail fixed. I had made an appointment, but when I came in she had to do a pedicure after prepping my nails. She obviously didn’t look at my other nail for reference very well because she was doing it the wrong way. Then she didn’t want to redo it to save time. I was willing to pay more to redo it but she got a walk in and said she was too busy and told me to leave. At the same time this was happening there was a woman next to me clearly upset that her nails were the wrong color and the lady doing my nails was yelling at her. Not a great experience but at least it was free.

I was a walk in today, and was taken right away, which was great. The salon looked clean, the nail stations were clean and uncluttered. She was pleasant and friendly, and Hells kitchen was on the television. The polish color is really cute. Those were all the good points on coming here for an acrylic fill. My polish was poorly removed, there is still some on my nails under the acrylic she filled me with. She did absolutely no nail prep, I'm 100% certain there will be a ton of lifting. Her application was lumpy, and she did nothing to smooth it out with a file near the cuticles. None of my nails are the same length. She did not do any reshaping, only filing them shorter. Pictures of most of these will be included in this review. Was only 45 bucks, I suppose it was a 45 dollar service. Don't expect anything actually good.

As you can see, my nails in these photos are quite outgrown. I’m choosing to upload these photos because it’s a testament to the quality work I continuously receive from Bee at this salon. These are my nails 6 weeks after getting them done and I still get numerous compliments daily. I do a lot with my hands and it takes a lot for my nails to lift or break, which is great because I wouldn’t have time to get them done every 2 weeks or anything like that. 6 weeks later, they still last. I’ve been coming here for years and am always satisfied with the warm smiles and service I receive.
