I had a very disappointing experience at the Pantaloons store in Pavilion Mall. The saleswoman at the Van Heusen section behaved in a completely unprofessional and insulting manner. When customers, including myself and other women, chose not to buy from her brand, she made unnecessary remarks and passed insulting comments. Shopping should be a pleasant experience, not one where you are made to feel uncomfortable or disrespected. Such behavior is unacceptable, especially in a reputed brand and a mall like this. I truly hope the management takes this seriously and addresses the staff’s attitude, because no customer deserves to be treated this way.

Nice place for shopping.. Liked the variety of clothes available here.. and the staff is really nice, they take care of every customer right from assisting with the type, size and colours of clothes to the trial room for providing the right fit if you miss it.. at the billing counter they welcome you with 'Namste'.. nice ambiance and located at a prime location.. No worries about the parking, this place has a big parking lot.. Overall liked it.
