I brought my Chesapeake Bay Retriever here for his first groom. I had taken him to the vet for a nail trim the previous week & they sent me home with razor claws. $20 for a nail trim & they didn’t even bother to smooth them out with a dremel, I’ll go to the vet for wellness instead of grooming from now on. Well the lovely staff here trimmed them down & got them smooth & short. I think my legs & arms are going to see less cuts from the excited puppy attacks. They were quicker than I thought. They took good care of my boy. He doesn’t smell like he just went on a float trip anymore. I’m pretty sure that they trimmed the fur around his pads. So pretty much 💯 on point for what this breed of dog needs. He will be a repeat customer. Thank you guys for getting him acquainted with bathing! I didn’t call around on pricing so I can’t speak for the value to cost I just felt like for his size it was reasonable plus it’s like 5 minutes away from my house so that in itself has value. After spending a weekend playing with my dog, the nail trim is 100% worth it. I haven’t bled one time.

They really ARE the best in OKC!! I had a very old, special-needs dog who required extra care with her grooming. Nicole and her team gave her the special attention she needed -- and I truly believe it extended her life by 3-6 months. I'm so grateful to Nicole and her team for giving my baby the care and patience that kept her going even when she didn't feel like it. I will always appreciate the extra time you gave us! Nicole is extremely knowledgeable, the office is spotless, and everyone there genuinely cares about your babies! (that is what they refer to them as and it melted my heart) Give them a try -- you won't regret it!

I'm a little sad today. I'm sure the groomers do a great job but I wouldn't know. My pom is having surgery this week and I wanted to get his coat cut back thinking the vet tech wouldn't butcher his coat if it was shorter than normal. When I called and explained my little guy has never been in a crate and is very anxious when I leave I was offered a "one on one" groom. Bring in the dog hand off directly to the groomer-no crate no waiting. I was scheduled for Sunday at 11:00 AM. Perfect!! I brought my shopping list and an Amazon return so I could run errands while my pom was being groomed. We showed up 15 til 11:00 and waited til 10 after. No one called or showed up. Needless to say I am disappointed by the total disregard for my time and that I am now going to have to try to find a groomer with an opening before the scheduled surgery. I know things come up in life but if you have only one groom scheduled on a Sunday it seems that it might stand out. Not how I would run a business. By the way from a business stand point I have 4 dogs and would love to find a groomer I trust so my dogs could become familiar with them and could be groomed on a regular basis without anxiety.

They absolutely deserve all of the good reviews. I just picked up both of my dogs after their first ever visit. They look great, and this is the first time that a groomer actually listened to me when I requested that they be cut as short as possible. Other groomers seem to have selective listening, not so with these folks. They are kind and the prices are fair. They have earned my business for the foreseeable future.
