I called PHD because my sump pump wouldn't shut off. Within 4 hours Nino arrived and replaced my pump. He told me the problem, explained how he would fix it, explained what could happen if it wasn't fixed, gave me a price, explained the warranty on parts and labour. He told me that if I shopped around I could probably find someone to do it cheaper. Nino never pressured me, but I knew this was an emergency situation. I agreed to the work and within an hour Nino had my problem fixed. He replaced my sump pump, installed a check valve, and cleaned my sump pit. He had no problem with me watching him work and actually showed me how to clean and maintain my pump and pit. He worked gently in a very tight space and cleaned up the area so that it was as clean as when he arrived. I just moved to Innisfil and Nino took the time to answer all my questions about my water pressure, downspouts and weeping tiles. If I ever have another plumbing emergency I will be calling PHD Plumbing.
